Take a breather from your busy day to day and enjoy a yoga class alongside Children's Lake. Tina Stroh from Just Plain Yoga will lead a 30 minute yoga class suitable for all levels before we head out onto the Trail with Ryan Seltzer from the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. Learn the basics of using a compass and even an old fashioned paper map. Look out GPS!!
Bring plenty of water and wear comfortable shoes. You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat for the class or let the grass be your mat for the evening.
